Here is the skinny! We have gas hooked up. Counter tops and plumbing fixtures should get hooked up late this week. The flooring should be complete this week. This leaves odds and ends things to be wrapped up this coming weekend. Once they are done the walk through can be done on Monday the 8th. The builder will need 2-3 days to take care of the final punch list and clean the house. Look for closing to be around the 11th of December. That is 1 week before the actual closing date!!
