Painting on Friday!

Let the pictures speak for itself! Ok I will say something. This house is great. They will clean her up and the paint will bring it to life.

It doesn't matter if it rains anymore!

The Drywall is all up and taped off. It has been a little wet lately so the air is humid and the drywall mud is drying a little slow. There are heaters heating things up and hopefully drying everythig out! We are hoping to start the trim work in a week. Then you know we are rollling!

Are we surprised as to the efficiency.

SO I hear there are bets as to when this home will be complete. It is amazing what can happen when a builder has his ducks in a row. Stay tuned for the results! Electricians and plumbers have their stuff all plumbed in and ready for drywall. The HVAC crew was there today finalizing their preliminary steps. City inspector came through and gave us the A OK to go ahead and begin Drywall. Stay tuned!!!

Framing is Complete

The shell is up and the interior work will begin. With the hurricanes and tornados this last summer shingles are hard to come by but we will prevail and hopefully have the roof on by end of next week. Once the shingles are on then the drywall will begin. The Plumbers, HVAC and Electricians will all be in the house until then roughing in their things. Enjoy the new photo's.

True shape is taking place! Here is the latest development. The frame is up. The roof should be done with all the sheeting placed and the windows will be put in in the near future. The sheeting will also be tar papered and shingled in the upcoming week. We are on pace if not a little ahead of schedule. Rain is in the forcast so hopefully it sticks to evenings! Walls are up and roof is next!

The walls are up and it is looking good! Little rain slowed things down but not for long. It's a little sloppy but they press on! Gotta love the 3 car garage!

True shape taking place!

Today October 7th the framing well on it's way! Vitzum Construction is now beginning to pu thte exterior walls up and the top will be on by weeks end. Now the excitement will grow week by week! Behr Construction Homes is on schedule! Stay Tuned!

Basement walls are in!!!

The bassement walls are in and the plumbing work has begun. Enjoy the photo's! The next step is the plumbing rough-ins and then the concrete floors and garage floors will be poured. Once that is done then they are ready to frame. Should take 1-2 weeks.
