How soon can we get this one done.

Here is the skinny! We have gas hooked up. Counter tops and plumbing fixtures should get hooked up late this week. The flooring should be complete this week. This leaves odds and ends things to be wrapped up this coming weekend. Once they are done the walk through can be done on Monday the 8th. The builder will need 2-3 days to take care of the final punch list and clean the house. Look for closing to be around the 11th of December. That is 1 week before the actual closing date!! Great job Behr!

Waiting for Mid-American to hook up GAS!!!

We are about a week and a half out. All we need is the gas to get hooked up and we are ready to roll. Unfortunatley the stone was put on the home about an hour after I was there but it is on and I will get photo's of it ASAP. Enjoy what I have!!!

Let the pictures speak for itself! Ok I will say something. This house is great. They will clean her up and the paint will bring it to life.

It doesn't matter if it rains anymore!

The Drywall is all up and taped off. It has been a little wet lately so the air is humid and the drywall mud is drying a little slow. There are heaters heating things up and hopefully drying everythig out! We are hoping to start the trim work in a week. Then you know we are rollling!

Are we surprised as to the efficiency.

SO I hear there are bets as to when this home will be complete. It is amazing what can happen when a builder has his ducks in a row. Stay tuned for the results! Electricians and plumbers have their stuff all plumbed in and ready for drywall. The HVAC crew was there today finalizing their preliminary steps. City inspector came through and gave us the A OK to go ahead and begin Drywall. Stay tuned!!!
